Use and participation in the RnBandHIPHOPworld.com Internet site is contingent upon "Participants" acceptance of the following terms and rules. By using this website, "Participants" accepts these terms as set out by RnBandHIPHOPworld. For purposes of this agreement, "Participant" refers to you. "RnBandHIPHOPworld" refers to RnBandHIPHOPworld.com and its UK url RnBandHIPHOPworld.co.uk.

2. SUBMISSIONS POLICY:

Notwithstanding the above, Participant hereby waives any and all rights to any stories, ideas, drawings, opinions, and any other creative "materials" posted to the RnBandHIPHOPworld site. Participant authorizes RnBandHIPHOPworld to utilize, in any manner it sees fit and for eternity, the materials posted on the site, which shall become the property of - RnBandHIPHOPworld. Participant releases RnBandHIPHOPworld from any and all claims or liability (now known or hereafter arising) in connection therewith, and agrees to indemnify RnBandHIPHOPworld in connection therewith pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 3 below. Participant agrees and acknowledges that participation in the RnBandHIPHOPworld site shall not give rise to any confidential, fiduciary, implied-in-fact, implied-in-law, contractual, or other special relationship between RnBandHIPHOPworld and Participant (other than the contractual relationship between RnBandHIPHOPworld and Participant entered into by virtue of Participant¹s agreement to these Rules of Conduct.)

3. RIGHTS OF RnBandHIPHOPworld / DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:

(a) RnBandHIPHOPworld shall not be responsible for policing, monitoring, or editing chat room or message board/forum content (if any exist on the site), and exercises no more editorial control over such content than would a public library, bookstore, newsstand, or other distributor of content, and accordingly, shall not be responsible for exercising editorial control over such content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RnBandHIPHOPworld shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor such content in order to respond to or comment upon communications by Participants and in order to determine compliance with the foregoing Rules of Conduct. RnBandHIPHOPworld shall have the right and sole discretion to edit, to refuse to post or to remove any content whatsoever from the site which it finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.

(d) RnBandHIPHOPworld is an Entertainment & News site only, and NOT a profit making organization. Any monies gained by RnBandHIPHOPworld via sponsorship and/or advertisement can and will be used to fund the running of RnbandHIPHOPworld and its online radio station RUDEBOY FM.

RnBandHIPHOPworld owns and holds executive operating power over the said online radio station RUDEBOY FM, but shall not be held responsible for day to day program content. (e) RnBandHIPHOPworld will not be held liable if the site www.RnBandHIPHOPworld.com and any of it's partners or affiliates are temporarily interrupted and/or off line due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Where any interruptions occur, RnBandHIPHOPworld will always endeavour to get www.RnBandHIPHOPworld.com back on line straight away or within 24 hours maximum.
